• High working interests consistent with risk mitigation
• In house play development
• Spend cash flow to explore and develop
• Pursue acquisitions that offer good initial netbacks, strengthen area focus and provide add on development opportunities
• Issue equity sparingly to maximize per share growth
• Use debt, in part, to fund acquisitions as long as debt retirement and project payout can be controlled
• Use hedging only to protect payout from major investments and acquisitions
