Storm Exploration Inc. is a junior oil and gas exploration development and production
company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange
under the symbol SEO. Storm began oil and gas operations effective July 1, 2004 as
the exploration company emerging from the Plan of Arrangement involving Harvest Energy
Trust and Storm Energy Ltd. As part of the Plan of Arrangement the company received all
of the exploration and much of the development properties of Storm Energy Ltd.
Storm’s proven management group is focused on the identification and rapid exploitation
of opportunities within its asset base in order to quickly grow production and operating
netbacks. In addition, Storm looks at acquisitions which will provide
immediate production growth along with near term exploitation opportunities.
Production is largely natural gas and natural gas liquids; nevertheless, rather than having a commodity focus,
investment programs look to production and reserve quality and potential netbacks.
